Brief

Common Ground Aotearoa is an organisation advocating for the implementation of land value-based rates in Wellington.  They believe that this will provide relief for renters, encourage smart infrastructure development and improve urban growth. I was tasked with providing them with a logo and basic brand identity.


Solution

I created a monogram and a combination mark that are flexible and communicate the positivity and vibrancy of the organisation. Advocacy for tax-changes can seem dry and uninspiring, and so using bold type and colours helped to create a logo that stands out.
